摘要
本文系统分析了天然气储气调峰设施的特点、作用和趋势,并参照国外该领域的发展情况,结合我国的实际情况,就如何加快天然气储气设施建设和服务定价研究的问题提出了一些看法和建议。
This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics and function and development trends of natural gas peak shaving facilities, and in the light of development in the field abroad, combined with China＇s actual situation, which made a number of views and suggestions by how to strengthen the natural gas pricing of gas storage facilities and services study.
