摘要
为观察重组hNT-4/5蛋白对三氧化二砷(As2O3)、溴化汞(HgBr2)毒性的抑制作用。将具有天然蛋白活性的重组hNT-4/5蛋白,加入到被不同浓度的As2O3、HgBr2染毒的各组鸡胚前脑神经细胞培养液中共同孵育,结果表明对照组与实验组的细菌存活数差异有显著性(P<0.01、P<0.05),说明重组hNT-4/5蛋白具有抑制As2O3。
The study explored the anti neurotoxic effects of recombination protein of human neurotrophin 4/5(hNT 4/5) on As 2O 3 and HgBr 2 The culture medium of forebrain nerve cells from embryonic chicken added with natural active recombin ation hNT 4/5 protein, treated with different levels of As 2O 3 and HgBr 2 respectively,was incubated The results showed that significant differences of the amount of the surviral rates of the forebrain nerve cells from embryonic chicken between the control group and experimental group( P<0 01,P<0 05 ) were found It indicated that the recombination hNT 4/5 could inhibit the toxicity of As 2O 3 and HgBr 2
