摘要
为解决Shell粉煤气化装置运行中存在的问题,根据工业运行经验并结合实验室研究成果,分析了煤种、粉煤加压进料及粉煤气化控制对Shell粉煤气化装置运行的影响,并进一步探讨了煤种优化选配、粉煤稳定加压进料及粉煤气化优化控制的具体措施和研究方向。
The impact of the coal variety, pulverized coal feed and the control of pulverized coal gasification on the operation of the Shell coal gasification process （SCGP） plant was analyzed based on the commercial operation experience incorporated with lab study result. Also discussed was the approach on the specific practice and study orientation of the optimized coal blend, stable pressurized feed of the pulverized coal and the optimized control of the coal gasification. This effort was made to solve the operation problems exist in the Shell coal gasification process plants.
