转炉炼钢厂进一步节能是钢铁企业节能减排的重点之一。流程优化是应首先关注的重点,主要突出体现在紧凑、高效和自动化3个方面。进一步提高炼钢厂能源转换、回收和利用效率是当前研究与推广的关键。全程保温、稳定低过热度运行、构建和优化能量流网络及新型清洁能源利用是发展的方向。
One of the emphases for energy saving and emission reduction in an iron and steel enterprise is further saving energy in the converter steel-making plant.Optimization of the process flow is the first and foremost important focus point and compactness,high efficiency and automation are three main aspects that embody the process flow optimization.The pivot for the current research and popularization is to further raise the energy source conversion,reclamation and utilization efficiency of the steel-making plant.Temperature holding of the hot metal for the overall process,over heat running steadily in a relatively low level and establishment and optimization of an energy flow network as well as utilization of new pattern clean energy source are the orientation of development.
