摘要
用在线富集进样火焰原子吸收法测定水中低含量Cu、Pb、Cd,富集倍数分别为122、136和94倍,相对标准差为16%、15%和46%(n=11),检测限(2σ)为16μg/L、15μg/L和018μg/L。地面水样中加标回收率为90%~106%,94%~103%和106%~118%。探讨了分析精密度差的原因;改进了富集进样方法。
Trace Cu, Pb and Cd were determined by flame AAS with on line concentrator to
atomizer. Concentration ratio 122,136 and 94 Standard deviation were 16%,15% and 4
6%(n=11). Detection limit(2σ) were 1 6 μg/L,1 5 μg/L and 0 1 μg/L. Recoveries with
surface water samples were 90%~106%,94%~103% and 106%~118%. The paper also
discussed the source of poor precision and presented ways of proving concentration.
