Ni102喷焊件的复合强化与应用

摘要 本文研究了Ni102喷焊合金加入WC粒子后涂层的结合强度和耐磨性;低、中碳钢母材喷焊Ni102,经整体热处理强化后的剪切结合强度、显微硬度的变化.试验表明;Ni102粉加入50%WC,对结合强度并未产生不良影响,经整体热处理强化的喷焊件弯折抗力明显提高,剪切结合强度也有提高. This paper deals with the integrated strength and wear resistance of Ni102 alloy coating which is spray-welded and added we particulate, also the variation of shearing strength and micro-hardness of part, made of low or medium carbon steel, with coated Ni102 and hardened by heat treatment .Test result shows that as the Ni102 added to 50% we particulate there is no influence on the strength, but the bending strength of the hardened part raise obviously and its shearing strength raise too. The complex strengthening method is used to the tools for tearing the sugarcane, the life-span of the tools is upped by 200%
