激活方法和共培养系统对牛核移植胚胎体外发育的影响

摘要 影响体细胞核移植(SCNT)的因素很多,其中重组胚的激活和体外培养是影响核移植的重要因素。卵母细胞的充分激活是提高核移植效率的关键因素之一,只有在去核卵母细胞充分激活的基础上,
