摘要
采用电冶矾土刚玉为骨料,研究了基质中MgO/Al2O3比例对Al2O3-尖晶石浇注料理化性能的影响,并对渣蚀后的样品进行了SEM和EDAX分析,讨论了Al2O3-尖晶石浇注料的渣蚀机理。
Using electro-metallurgical corundum based on bauxite as clinker, Al 2O 3-spinel castable was made. The effects of ratio of MgO/Al 2O 3 on properties of Al 2O 3-spinel castable were investigated.The wear mechanism of Al 2O 3-spinel castable was studied by SEM and EDAX analyses.
