摘要
国内干法腈纶生产因工艺本身缺陷和规模偏小而陷于困境。本文从技术改造、原料替代及设备挖潜出发,提出了一套3万吨/年干法腈纶装置扩产至6万吨/年的方案,并可取得方便操作,降低消耗的效果。
Production of dry-spinning acrylic fiber plant in 30 kT/y capacity is beset with higher consumption and technological defects. Suggestions on expanding capacity from 30 kT/y to 60 kT/y are described in order to reduce cost of pcoduction.
