摘要
本文研究食物(植物或动物性)中微量硒的测定方法.试样在氧弹中以富氧来进行燃烧分解,使食物中各种形式存在的硒化物被氧化或分解为氧化物或游离态硒的蒸气.用导管将硒蒸气导入盛有去离子水的试管中予以充分地吸收,然后调节此吸收液的pH值为5.5,使用原子吸收分光光度计,采用空气一氢气火焰进行测定.此法灵敏度高达1ppm左右,可用来测定各种植物性或动物性食物中微量硒的含量.
This paper discusses the measurement for micro selenium in foods (Vegetal or animal) .The sample of food is decomposed by burning with abundant oxygen in oxidizing bomb. Then the selemide existing in different forms of food is either oxidized or decomposed to be oxide or free selenide vapor. The vapor is intro-daced into a test tube containning ionless water where it is perfectly absorbed Setting PH value of absorbed liquid to 5. 5, the liquid is determined with air-hydrogen flame and atomic absorbing spectrophotometer. This method with sensitivity up to 1 ppm is available to determine the micro selenium contents in vegetal or animal foods.
