摘要
本文主要对在２－羟基吡啶的合成中，２－氯吡啶在不同溶剂中的亲核性水解反应进行了讨论，从中掌握了这类反应的特点，从结构上分析了影响反应的原因。
In this paper,the nucleophilic hydrolytic reaction of 2-chloropyridine in different solvent on the synthesis of 2-hydroxypyridine has been discussed.The effects of controlling the reaction have been analysed from point of molecular structure and the attentive problem in the departing step has been pointed out.
