摘要
MBS是甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、聚丁二烯(PB)、苯乙烯(St)的共聚物。作为PVC的改性剂,在使PVC增韧的同时,保持了树脂原有的光学性能。MBS的化学组成,粒径尺寸和颗粒结构等因素,都对PVC/MBS合金的性能有着重要影响。本文以种子乳液聚合方法合成出化学组成25/60/42,粒径约为0.3μm的核-壳结构型MBS改性剂,与PVC共混,测定PVC/MBS合金的综合性能。
MBS is the methyl methacrylate (MMA) ,polybutadiene (PB) copolymer.The copolymer is used as the modifier of PVC,it not only toughen the PVC but also keep the original optical properties.The chemical composition of MBS,particle diameter,and particle structure determine the properties of PVC/MBS alloy.This paper used seed-emusification method to synthesize the cove-shell MBS modifier with the chemical composition 25/60/42,and particle diameter 0.3μm,The good data was obtained by measuring the properties of PVC/MBS alloys.
