摘要
资源枯竭型城市的经济转型问题是一个世界性难题。黄石作为我国典型的资源型城市,其产业结构存在的突出问题是过于依赖采掘业,下游加工业薄弱,产业结构单一,布局不合理,没有形成产业价值链的体系化的经济发展态势。由此,文章提出了黄石经济转型发展的"哑铃式"一体化战略的初步构想。
The issue of economic transformation is a global problem for resource-based cities,especially resource-exhausted cities. As a typical resource-based city,the outstanding issues of its industrial structure in Huangshi is dependent on excavation industry heavily,consequently bring about weak downstream processing industry,a single industrial structure,unreasonable industrial distribution,thus failed to form an industrial value chain of economic development. In light of the fact,the paper raises the initial scheme of ＂dumbbell-style integration strategy＂ for the transformation of Huangshi economy.
