摘要
随着中国改革开放的发展,中小企业对提升中国的综合国力,创造大量的就业机会等发挥了重要的促进作用,在国民经济发展中具有举足轻重的地位。但目前在发展过程中中小企业的内部问题日渐突出,特别是中小企业在财务管理方面的不足制约了企业的发展。鉴于此,对中小企业财务管理存在的问题进行分析,提出了加强中小企业财务管理的对策。
With the development of our country＇s reform and opening,the small and medium-sized enterprises have strengthened the comprehensive national strength of our country and have created a large number of employment opportunities,and they are playing the vital role in the national economy development.At present,the inside problems have been outstanding in their developing process,especially the shortage in the field of financial management has restricted the development of their own.This article analyzed the problems of the financial management in the small and medium-sized enterprises and explored the ways to strengthen the financial management of them.
