摘要
我国当前校园暴力事件无论在数量还是性质上都呈现出逐渐严重的态势。校园暴力具有校园文化的关联性,其概念需要从发生地域、学校类型、加害与被害主体、行为与危害结果的性质等角度来界定。在明确概念的基础上,对暴力现象的类型与特点进行归纳,并分析其特有原因和防范对策。在现象的研究中,值得重点关注的是我国当前大量校园暴力与情感纠葛相关,在校女生参与或组织实施的数量激增。在原因与对策分析中,提倡在科学发展观指导下进一步改进教师教育理念与方法,父母对未成年子女的监护需要加强心理监护,并提出校园安全保卫应向有限辐射地域延伸。
Currently,both the amount and nature of school violence in China are deteriorating.As school violence is related to campus culture,its definition needs to be defined with its locality,school type,assaulter and sufferer,behavior and consequences of harm,and so on.On the above basis,this paper summarizes different types of violence phenomena and their traits,and analyzes the specific causes and countermeasures.Research on such phenomena entails much attention to emotional entanglements,in which the number of school girls participating in or organizing school violence is proliferating.In the analyses of its causes and countermeasures,the paper advocates that teachers＇ concept and method of education should be improved,psychological guidance be enhanced in the parents＇ guardianship of their children,and school security defense extend to the radiant area of the school.
