摘要
文章从以科学发展观为指导思想、以可持续治理为工作策略、以现代化防治技术为依托、以坚持以人为本为核心、以保护三大体系实现三大效益为目标等5个方面对现代林防的基本内涵进行了论述;提出从充分认识我国林业有害生物的发生形势、科学评价有害生物的重要性、系统掌握有害生物的发生规律和防治工作规律、全面提高防治生产力、全力推进环境友好型防治技术、不断完善政府的宏观调控作用等6个方面积极推进现代林防发展进程。
Basic connotations of morden forest pest management were dealt in the following 5 aspects： taking scientific development view as guiding thought, taking sustainable management as working strategy, relying on modern control techniques, taking human oriented concept as core and taking ＂protecting three big systems,realizing three benefit ＂as pupurse. Actively promoting morden forest pest management developmental process in the aspects of full understanding of the occurrence of the forest pests in China, scientific evaluation of the importance of forest pests, systematically mastering the regularity of the occurrence of forest pests and control work, overall improvement of control productivity, promotion of environment-friendly control techniques and constant perfection of the government＇ s macro-control function was＇ put forward.
