基于MCGS的石墨电极成品测量系统的设计与实现

摘要 介绍一种以MCGS组态软件为控制核心,PLC为辅助控制器,传感器、电气仪表为终端的石墨电极实时测量系统。该系统能够实现对石墨电极质量、长度、电阻率、体积密度、直径等的采集和存储,并具有数据、打印和生成报表等功能。某碳素厂的生产运行结果表明:该系统的实时性好,可靠性高,符合工控现场的要求,使工作效率得到了明显的提高,便于实现产品质量的监督和管理。 A real-time measurement system for graphite electrode was designed. In this system, the control core was configuration software MCGS, PLC was the lower computer, sensors and electric instrument was the end. The parameters of quality, length, specific resistance, bulk density, diameter could be sampled and saved. It had functions of printing and report forms creating. It is proved by a long time working in a carbon material factory that the reliability, accuracy and efficiency of the system are enhanced, the supervision and management of product quality can be easily realized
