摘要
利用国家气候中心1951-2008年逐月高度场资料,通过合成分析和小波分析对西太平洋副热带高压面积指数、强度指数、西脊点、脊线位置和北界位置进行诊断。结果表明,从年内变化看,副高位置的变动与北半球太阳辐射变化相一致,峰值出现在8月份;副高强度的变化则呈现出2个峰值,分别为6月和9月。副高强度指数越大,则面积指数越大,西脊点位置越偏西,反之亦然。从小波分析结果来看,无论是副高指数还是脊线位置均存在20年的振荡周期。
Based on the monthly height field data during 1951-2008 from National Climate Center of China,the index of area,intensity index,the westmost ridge point,ridge position and the northmost position of Western Pacific subtropical high(WPSH) were diagnosed through synthesis analysis and wavelet analysis.In interannual variability,the changes of the position of SH were in agreement with the change of solar radiation in northern hemisphere,the peak was at August,the two peaks of strength variability of SH were at June and September.The index of strength of SH increased as the index of area of SH and the west ridge point would westward shift,and vice versa.From the result of wavelet,20-year oscillation period existed in both of the index of SH and the position of ridge.
