高氟水草对绵羊血清抗氧化酶的影响

摘要 [目的]研究植物源氟对绵羊血清抗氧化酶含量的影响,验证乌梁素海高氟沉水水草饲喂绵羊的安全性。[方法]选取16只2岁健康蒙古细毛羯羊为试验动物,随机分为4组,即对照组、试验1组、试验2组和试验3组,日粮组成为高氟水草+高丹草+精料,水草氟水平分别为0、50、100和150 mg/kg.DM,连续饲喂5个月后,测定绵羊血清抗氧化酶的含量。[结果]各试验组绵羊血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力及血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均无显著变化,绵羊机体的抗氧化系统未受到损害,没有发生氟中毒。[结论]采用乌梁素海高氟沉水水草饲喂绵羊是安全的。 [Objective] To explore the effects of high-fluorine float grasses on antioxidant enzymes in serum of sheep,and verify the security of high-fluorine submerged grasses for feeding sheep in Wuliangsuhai of Inner Mongolia.[Method] A total of sixteen two years old healthy Mongolia wethers were selected as experimental animals and divided them into four groups,namely,control group,experiment group I,experiment group II,experiment group III.The daily diet compositions were high-fluorine float grass,sorghum hybrid sudangrass and grain feed.The levels of plant-fluorine were 0,50,100 and 150 mg/kg·DM.After sheep were fed for six months in all groups,the contents of serum antioxidant enzyme were detected.[Result] The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in test groups were not significantly lower than that of control group and the antioxygen-system of sheep didn't be broken down.Fluorosis didn't happen in sheep.[Conclusion] The high-fluorine submerged grasses in Wuliangsuhai are safe for feeding sheep.
