摘要
[目的]研究越橘品种"北陆"和"蓝丰"在水分胁迫条件下的生理反应。[方法]采用盆栽试验,以2年生半高丛越橘"北陆"和高丛越橘"蓝丰"为试材,研究2种类型越橘在不同的水分胁迫条件下的生理反应。[结果]在不同的水分胁迫条件下,"蓝丰"和"北陆"的SOD活性值均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在处理第7天2个品种的中度水分胁迫处理的SOD活性值均达最高值;2个品种的脯氨酸含量随着水分胁迫处理时间的延长逐渐上升;"蓝丰"和"北陆"的MDA含量均呈先下降后上升的趋势,其下降幅度顺序为严重水分胁迫>中度水分胁迫>正常水分处理;2个品种叶片中的可溶性糖含量也呈现先上升后下降的趋势。[结论]SOD、脯氨酸、MDA和可溶性糖含量与越橘的抗旱性密切相关。
[Objective] The purpose was to research the physiological responses of blueberry cv.Northland and Bluecrop under water stress.[Method] Physiological responses of two-year-old half-high highbush blueberry cv.Northland and highbush blueberry cv.Bluecrop under different water stress treatment were studied.[Result] The trend of diversity of SOD was increased at the first stage and then decreased under water stress.When two types of blueberries under middle water stress treatment on the 7th days,the activity of SOD were the highest.The content of Pro increased continuously with the increase of water stress time.The MDA content of Northland and Bluecrop were decreased at the first stage and then increased.The decreased degrees was in the order of heavy water stress 〉middle water stress〉normal water treatment.The soluble carbohydrate contents of two type blueberries leaves were also increased at the first stage and then decreased.[Conclusion] SOD,Pro,MDA and soluble sugar content had close correlation with the drought resistance of blueberry.
