摘要
为有效地检索多媒体远程医疗系统中的大量医学图片，引入了面向对象的图象抽象数据类型对用户查询操作进行数学格式化，提取图象的特征参数。建立了具有内容检索特点的图片库，并且利用Ｃ＋＋语言和关系数据库之间的接口拓展了ＳＱＬ查询语言以适应图片管理的需要。另外，还介绍了基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ平台和ＪＡＶＡ开发语言的实现概貌。
In order to retrieve medical images efficiently in a multimedia remote telemedicine system,objectorientation method is used and the image abstract data type(IADT) is introduced.When reltional database is combined with the C++ language,the Standard Query Language (SQL) can be extended to meet the requirements of medical images management.Finally,the paper discusses the designing plan for Internet environment.
