The constituent and application of methane sulfonate Sn、Pb and Sn-Pb alloy electroplating bath are presented.It can substitute for conventional fluoborate bath etc. ,and benefit environment protection and product quality improvement.It can be applied to the plating with corrosion resistance and solderability for automobile and motorcycle parts.
