摘要
为了构建一套医院护理风险管理指标体系,以提高管理者的风险防范能力。现对临床护理的不安全因素进行分析,然后针对已经存在的问题进行研究,并探索构建了一套护理风险管理指标体系,这对护理风险管理工作有指导意义,有利于保障患者安全,提高护理质量。
To construct a set of indicators of hospital care and risk management system to improve the management of risk prevention; method of insecurity in clinical care, then the analysis for the existing problems; conclusions explore ways to establish a set of nursing risk management index system, which is the work of nursing risk management guidance, help to protect patient safety, improve quality of care.
