摘要
加快水库库区经济发展是建设全面小康社会,维护社会稳定的重要举措。本文根据湖南水库库区经济较为落后、基础设施条件差的现状,分析了库区经济发展的政策、市场等方面的内外部环境。在此基础上,提出壮大主导产业、鼓励移民自主创业及加强移民培训等加快库区经济发展的思路,并提出相关政策建议。
Speeding up the economic development of the reservoir area is an important measure for constructing the comprehensive affluent society,and maintaining social stability.This article according to the present situation of backward economy and incomplete infrastructure in Hunan reservoir area,it analyzed aspects of internal and external environment of the reservoir area,such as the economic development policy and market.On this basis,it proposes those ideas of speeding up the economic development in the reservoir area as strengthening leading industry,encouraging immigrants to start an undertaking independently and strengthening immigration training and so on,and puts forward the related policy proposal.
