摘要
如何让被迁的三峡移民能安下心来发展致富,关系到国家三峡移民总体战略的成败和地方经济、社会的和谐发展。本文在回顾三峡库区前期移民政策的基础上,以重庆市为例,通过调查研究,从三峡移民对政策的态度、基层政府和干部的信任度、切身利益、移居地的归属感方面,分析了三峡移民现阶段的心理特征。提出了以整体发展促进差异化需求的满足,建立移民政策的动态监测体系,构建社会心理支持系统的三峡库区的后期扶持政策的建议。
How can the Three Gorges migrants being moved settle down to the development of the rich ？ This relation to the success of the overall strategy of the Three Gorges migrants,and the harmonious development of the local economic and social.This article by Chongqing for example,through investigation and study,analyzed the place of the Three Gorges migrants psychological characteristics at this stage,from the attitude toward the policy,confidence level to local government and cadre,vital interests,and sense of belonging to resettlement destination,given suggesting of post-support countermeasures in Three Gorges reservoir area such as meeting the different needs by integral development,establishing dynamic monitoring system of immigration policy,building social psychological support systems.
