摘要
影响农业乡村社区现代化发展水平的根本因素取决于当地的经济发展水平。而目前支撑乡村社区经济好坏的根本因素取决于当地是否形成高效主导产业和当地区位条件。当地经济能人与农业产业化水平决定乡村社区居民的组织化程度与公共福利水平。而远离城郊的传统农产品生产基地、丘陵区和山区,金融、科技、市场等网络体系的严重缺失是制约现代乡村社区经济发展的重要原因。依照现行政策,单纯从事传统的种植业产业,单家独户经营,永远走不出收入低位徘徊的怪圈。社区集体合作经济、规模经营、新兴高效产业、现代农业的多功能开发、第三产业是推动乡村社区经济跨越式发展的必由之路。
The fundamental factor affected the developmental level of modernization in rural community is the level of economic development.While the fundamental factors to support rural community economy are high-efficiency leading industry and location conditions.The organization degree of resident of rural community and public welfare level are decided by rural talented people and development level of agricultural industrialization.In remote traditional production basis of agricultural products and hilly and mountainous areas,serious deficiencies of network systems of financial,science and technology and market are the important factors to restrict economic development of rural community.According to existing policies,going out the cycle of low income hovers is impossible if only engage in traditional planting industry and rely on single family.The necessary ways to promote rapid development of rural community economy are to develop community collective cooperative economy,implement scale management,develop high-efficiency industry,multi develop modern agriculture,and develop the tertiary industry.
