单眼动眼神经麻痹性斜视手术治疗病例报告

摘要 动眼神经麻痹导致的外斜视是眼科难治性斜视之一，手术治疗的目的为使眼球在第一眼位时处于正位。作者成功的对一例先天性左动眼神经麻痹行手术治疗，术后眼位达到基本正位，取得了良好的疗效。
