摘要
目的评价植入型阿霉素释药装置对兔眼实验性PVR的防治效果。方法在玻璃体内注入成纤维细胞后分别植入空白装置,不植入/植入载药装置,观察牵引性视网膜脱离的发生情况。结果对照组,阿霉素释药装置组(PLA2万和3万)4周末时牵引性视网膜脱离的发生率分别为86.4%,36.4%和31.8%,阿霉素释药装置组与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论睫状体平坦部植入生物降解性阿霉素眼内释药装置能够有效地减少牵引性视网膜脱离的发生。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness of adriamycin polylactic acid device (ADR PLA DE) in the treatment of experimental proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) in pigmented rabbit.Methods2×10 5 fibroblasts were injected into all rabbit eyes.Nothing or blank devices were implanted as the control,while the ADR PLA DE made of PLA 20000 or 30000 were implanted into other two groups respectively.The morbidity of tractional retinal detachment (TRD) were observed for 4 weeks.Results4 weeks later,the morbidity of TRD in control and ADR PLA DE groups (PLA 20000 and 30000)was 86.4%,36.4% and 31.8%,respectively.Significant statistical difference was found between the control group and the ADR PLA DE group ( P <0.01).ConclusionThe implantable biodegradable device containing ADR can inhibit the occurrence of TRD effectively.
