摘要
目的研究角膜移植排斥反应患者红细胞免疫功能。方法对２６例角膜移植排斥反应患者进行红细胞免疫功能检测，并对照分析。结果红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率降低，红细胞免疫复合物花环率升高。结论红细胞免疫与角膜移植排斥反应密切相关。
ObjectiveTo study the red blood cell mediated(RBC-mediated)immunity of corneal transplant rejection.MethodsImmune RBC assays were performed in 26 cases of corneal transplant rejection.ResultsThe rosette rate of RBC-C 3b was decreased and the rosette rate of RBC-IC was increased.There was a significant difference when compared with the control group( P <0.01).ConclusionThese data indicate that RBC-mediated immunity may closely correlate with corneal transplant rejection.It can predict the occurence of rejection and may help to provide appropriate treatment.
