摘要
２５岁男性，患念珠形发，无其他器官系统异常。头皮病理示毛囊稀疏，毛囊角化，有角栓形成。毛发扫描电镜示结节部尚存少量毛小皮，大部分毛小皮消失，狭窄处毛小皮消失，呈平行纵嵴，嵴间有沟，部分沟中有洞。口服维甲酸有效，提示发病可能与毛囊角化异常有关。
Male, 25 year old, with monilethrix, but other wise normal, Histopathology of scalp show a few follicles, follicular hyperkeratosis and formations of keratotic playes. SEM of hair showed some cuticle on nodes, but great majority of them disappeaced, on the narrsow portion between the nodes no cuticle was found, only parrcalled, longitudinal ridges and ditches, in some ditches cavse were found. Beneficial effect of retiniod acid indicates that the pathogenesis of this disease may be related with abnormal follicular keratinization.
