摘要
目的:探讨硫酸镁联合山莨菪碱湿敷预防长春瑞滨致静脉炎及疼痛的效果。方法:将应用长春瑞滨联合顺铂化疗的84例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组采用输注长春瑞滨前5 min沿患者血管走向穿刺点上方3～5 cm局部常规应用冰块冷敷,观察组采用输注长春瑞滨前5 min应用0℃、33%硫酸镁加2%山莨菪碱混合液纱布湿敷。结果:2个疗程化疗结束后,观察组静脉炎发生率及局部疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:硫酸镁联合山莨菪碱湿敷能有效降低长春瑞滨所致静脉炎的发生,镇痛效果明显。
Objective： To explore the effect of wet compress with magnesium sulfate combined with Anisodamine in the prevention of phlebitis and pain induced by Vinorelbine.Methods： 84 patients who received long-term chemotherapy with Vinorelbine combined with Cisplatin were randomized into observation and control groups（42 cases for each group）.In the control group,cold compress with ice was applied to the place 3 ～ 5 cm above the puncture site along blood vessel 5 minutes before infusion of Vinorelbine;in the observation group,wet compress with gauze soaked with the mixture of 33% magnesium sulfate plus 2% Anisodamine at 0 ℃ was adopted 5 minutes before infusion of Vinorelbine.Results： After 2 courses of chemotherapy,the incidence of phlebitis and local pain was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion： Wet compress with magnesium sulfate combined with Anisodamine can reduce the incidence of phlebitis induced by vinorelbine and the analgesic effect is obvious.
