摘要
文献[1]介绍了焊接工艺规程编制、评定和应用方面的基本原则。此文为文献[1]的续篇,指出了我国焊接工程师在这方面还存在的一些问题。这些问题在不同程度上干扰和影响着对ASME规范的正确理解和我国锅炉压力容器生产技术的进步。
Some basic principles about preparation,qualification and application of the welding procedure specifications（WPS） have been presented in the reference [1].As a continuation of the reference [1],a clarification for some problems in these respects predominated in the welding engineers in our country which remarkably interferes with the understanding of the code and the technical advance was proposed in detail.
