摘要
目的探讨双向插管技术治疗下腔静脉闭塞型Budd-Chiari综合征的价值。方法回顾性分析128例下腔静脉节段闭塞型Budd-Chiari综合征患者的临床资料,对其中79例患者采用双向插管技术开通闭塞段下腔静脉,然后行球囊扩张成形术,植入支架56例。结果 79例患者技术成功率100%,术后临床症状消失,均未出现并发症。结论双向插管行下腔静脉开通术是下腔静脉节段闭塞型Budd-Chiari综合征一种安全有效的治疗方法 。
Objective To evaluate a new technique of bilateral catheterization for Budd-Chiari syndrome with occlusive segment of inferior vena cava（IVC）.Methods Totally 128 patients suffered from Budd-Chiari syndrome with occlusive segment of IVC were retrospectively reviewed.Seventy-nine patients underwent recanalization of IVC through bilateral catheterization and balloon dilation angioplasty.Stents were implanted in 56 patients.Results The technical success rate was 100% in 79 patients.Manifestations of all the patients were improved after the treatment with no complications occurred.Conclusion Recanalization of occlusive segment with bilateral catheterization is a safe and effective method for Budd-Chiari syndrome with occlusive segment of IVC.
