基于重构-等效啁啾技术的三相移和双周期调制的分布反馈半导体激光器的数值研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出基于重构-等效啁啾(REC)技术设计的等效三相移分布反馈(DFB)半导体激光器,并进行了数值分析.同时将多相移和周期调制(CPM)结构相结合,提出一种新型的具有复杂光栅结构的分布反馈半导体激光器,即双周期调制结构.与双相移的分布反馈激光器相比较,这种结构沿激光器腔有更加平坦的光场分布,但是它们的功率-电流(P-I)曲线几乎相同.同时基于等效-重构啁啾技术,设计和分析了等效双周期调制半导体激光器.数值分析结果表明,类似于相移、甚至是任意的光栅周期变化结构,都可以利用改变取样结构的方法去等效地实现.但是,他们的内部和外部的光学特征几乎和实际的相移,以及任意变化光栅周期的分布反馈激光器的光学特性几乎相同.等效-重构啁啾技术的一个突出优点是,仅仅改变的是取样结构,而种子光栅(取样结构中的实际的光栅)的周期是均匀的,所以低成本的标准的全息曝光技术就可以实现它的制造.因此,相信这种方法可以实现各种高性能的结构复杂的分布反馈半导体激光器的低成本规模化生产.
