摘要
采用人和兔膝关节软骨标本进行单向拉伸试验和粘弹性试验。结果;人膝关节软骨拉伸强度为4.75tana;人、兔膝关节软骨的粘弹性响应随时间的增加而降低。结论:软骨的结构完整性直接影响其力学性能,应力集中可造成软骨损伤。
A biomechanical study was done on the articular cartilages from human knee and rabbit knee respectively. A series of tests about tensile and viscoelastic properties of cartilage have been taken. The tension of cartilage from human knee is 4.75 Mpa.The viscoelastic property of articular cartilage descended with time.The biomechanical properties of articularcartilage depends upon the integrity of its structure.A stress concentration would cause the damage of articular cartilage.
