摘要
本文对中医药学发展的过去、现状与未来进行了分析和讨论。认为当前在中医教学、临床工作中存在较为严重的理论与实践脱节，中医学术“西化”、“淡化”等现象；研究工作中存在“证”的动物模型未能解决，中医基本理论的实质未能阐明，中药研究大体上沿袭西药开发思路等问题。提出中医教学应注重扎好中华传统文化根底，强化理论学习与临床实践的结合；中医医院应以中药治疗为主，逐步形成诊疗规范；从事中医研究者均应加强对中医理论知识和临床技能的再学习，按照中医药学发展固有的规律与方法开展理论研究工作，从方法学上解决整体水平与微观分子脱节等问题，则中医药学将为人类健康作出更大贡献。
In analysis and discussion about the past,current and future of the development of Chinese medicine and pharmacy,this article thinks there exist phenomena of serious separation between the theory and practice in the current education and clinical service of Chinese medicine and of“westernization' and “faintness' in Chinese medical academy,manifested by failure in solution of the animal model of“syndrome' in the research work and in explanation of the substance of Chinese medical theory,and by roughly following the developing thought of western drugs in research of Chinese pharmacy.This article points out that:1.the foundation of traditional Chinese culture must be emphasized in Chinese medical education;2.the combination between theoretical study and clinical practice must be enhanced;3.the treatments should be applied mainly with Chinese herbal medicines in Chinese medical hospitals for gradual formation of diagnostic and treating standard;and 4.the further study in knowledge of Chinese medical theory and clinical techniques must be enhanced in the researchers engaged in Chinese medicine for their theoretic study in accordance with the intrinsic rules and methods in the development of Chinese medicine and pharmacy,in order to solve the issue of separation between macrocosmic theory and microcosmic elements methodologically and for Chinese medicine and pharmacy to make greater contribution to the health of the mankind.
