摘要
目的:研究瓮安产冬凌草的化学成分。方法:用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、光谱数据及与标准品对照等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从冬凌草甲醇提取物中分离鉴定了5个化合物。结论:从冬凌草甲醇提取物中分离到的5个化合物,分别为熊果酸(1),β-谷甾醇(2),贵州冬凌草甲素(3),卢氏冬凌草甲素(4),卢氏冬凌草乙素(5)。
Objective： Research the chemical constituents of the dried herb of Isodon rubescens in the count）, of wengan. Method：Chemical compounds were isolated by the silica gel column chromatography and Theirs structures were determined on the basis of their physics and chemistry nature, spectrum evience and standard compounds. Results： Five compounds were isolated from the methylalcohol extraction of the dried herb of Isodon rubescens. Conclusion： Five compounds which were isolated from the mtthyl alcohol extraction of the dried herb of Isodon rubescens respectively is ursolic acid（ 1 ）, Beta - sitosterol （2）, Guidongnin A （3）, ludongnin A（4）, ludongnin B （5）.
