摘要
用ＳＰＥＣＴ系统准确控制结扎实验犬胰腺供血动脉的血流，使其减少到７５％，当病理组织学上未出现变化时，实验犬出现空腹血糖的升高及糖耐量、胰岛素释放试验的改变。具其结果推测，因胰动脉硬化所造成胰腺缺血。
The pancreatic arteries of the dogs were ligalured partly, the pancreatic blood was measured with SPECT. When the blood flow decreased 75% while there was no pathologically changes, there were the fasting blood glucose increasing, GTT and IRT changes. It suggested that the pancreatic ischemia caused by arteriosclerosis maybe a cause of the elderly diabetics.
