摘要
建立EAE动物模型,检测脾细胞培养上清中γ干扰素(IFNγ)及白细胞介素4(IL4)水平。结果显示,实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(EAE)组IFNγ浓度高于对照组(P<0.05),而IL4浓度低于对照组(P<0.01)。
To investigate the role of cytokines in pathogenesis of EAE, a model was established by injecting MBP into guinea pigs, a genetical susceptible animal. The animals were killed 8, 15 and 21 days after immunization respectively. Spleen single cell suspention was prepared. After cell culture, supernatants were assayed for the concentration of IFN γ and IL 4. The results showed that the levels of IFN γ in EAE model group were higher than those in control group ( P<0.05 ). While the levels of IL 4 in EAE model group were lower than those in control group ( P <0.01). The studies indicate that IFN γ and IL 4 contribute to the pathogenesis of EAE.
