摘要
目的:探讨自制的含组氨酸、Bimakalim的细胞内液型胶体液(HBS)对离体心脏的保存作用。方法:健康雄性SD大鼠16只,体重240~260g。随机均分为两组,采用微量灌注技术,分别用HBS和托马斯停搏液(STS)4℃保存离体鼠心24小时,再灌注60分钟进行比较研究。结果:HBS组心功能恢复程度明显优于STS组,再灌注期LDH、ET释放量HBS组低于STS组,HBS组心肌ATP含量高于STS组两倍以上,心肌超微结构保持完好。结论:HBS低温保存鼠心24小时效果明显优于临床上常用的STS。
Aim:How to prolong the safe preservation time of the donor heart for heart transplantation remains an important problem .For this reason,HBS was prepared to according to our own recipe.This study was to compared the protective and preservation effects on HBS with that of St.Thomas solution II(STS) on rat heart using Langendorff apparatus.Material and Method:16 SD rats were divided into two groups randomly.After arrestment,the isolated isovolumetric buffer perfused rat hearts were microperfused with the STS(n=8) and HBS(n=8) at 4℃ for 24 hours,then reperfused with K H solution for 1 hours.Results:Significant differences were observed between two groups:(1)Better recovery of left ventricular function in HBS group(P<0.05).(2)After reperfusion,the release of LDH and ET increased,but the LDH and ET concentration in group HBS were significantly lower than group STS(P<0.05).(3)The ATP content of myocardium was markedly higher in group HBS than group STS(P<0.05).(4)The ultra structural changes of myocardium in group HBS were milder than that in group STS.Conclusion:HBS is better than STS cardioplegic solution in myocardial protection and heart preservation in rats.
