摘要
针对目前秸秆粉碎还田作业中工艺繁琐和作业成本高等问题,利用1JHG-180型秸秆粉碎还田旋耕机,同时完成秸秆粉碎还田、旋耕碎土以及秸秆覆盖作业。试验结果表明,根茬粉碎合格率、秸秆粉碎合格率、覆盖合格率、碎土率和秸秆切碎长度均符合国家标准。经济效益分析结果表明,按每年工作15d、每天工作8h计算,最低纯收益可达到1.56万元/台.年。
1JHG-180 Type Straw Smashing Field-returning Rotocultivator is utilized to finish operation of straw smashing,field-returning,rotary cultivation,soil breaking and straw covering simultaneously aiming at the problems of trivial technique,high operation cost and the like in operation of straw smashing and field returning at present.Test results show that the stubble smashing pass rate,the straw smashing pass rate,the coverage pass rate,the soil breaking rate and the straw cutting length accord with national standards.Economic and efficiency analysis results show that the lowest pure benefits can reach 1.56 × 104yuan /piece ？ year through calculating according to 8 hours one day and 15 working days each year.
