摘要
设计了一种新型的剪切式澳洲坚果破壳机,通过破壳试验检验了其性能和破壳效果。试验结果表明,通过合理的调节限位螺栓,对不同等级的澳洲坚果,破壳率可以达到85%,有效出仁率可以达到80%。
This paper designing a new type shearing-cracking machinery for macadamia nut.The performance and effect of cracking were tested.The experiment results show that the grain-hulling rata is 85% and the effective kernel rate is 80% for difficult grades nuts by adjusting the positive stop bolt reasonably.
