摘要
分析当前资源环境问题对我国经济可持续发展的影响,概述与资源节约和环境保护有关的经济学原理,强调资源环境问题的外部性特征,指出我国资源节约和环境保护不力的主要原因是经济制度不合理,缺少促进资源节约与环境保护的长效机制,并提出政策建议。
This paper analyzed the impact of resource and environment issues on the sustainable development in our country, and demonstrated the economic theoretic foundation for resource conservation and environment protection, in which the externality of resource and environment problems was stressed. It is also suggested that the causes for inadequate resource conservation and environment protection were unreasonable economic institutions, and lack of a long-term promotion mechanism.
