摘要
针对基于曲线投影的复杂曲面高精度插补问题,给出面向球头刀的自由曲线型刀轨生成算法.算法根据曲面、刀触点等几何信息及刀具等工艺信息,采用"区间搜索,分段插值"策略,依据投影线上的离散点信息,用分段参数三次样条曲线高精度逼近理想刀位点轨迹.基于该算法用VC++6.0开发一个基于Microsoft Windows系统的CAM仿真软件,仿真结果证明算法可行且有效,实验验证系统运行稳定.该算法可扩充现有CNC系统轨迹控制功能,充分利用高档数控系统内置的样条插补功能,有利于提高复杂曲面的加工精度.
An algorithm was presented on the generation of cutter location curves on sculptured surface based on curve projection.Cubic parametric splines were used to approximate the ideal cutter location curves according to the geometrical and processing information.A CAM software was developed based on this tool-path generating method and the Microsoft Windows System and VC++6.0.The vesult proved that the software is stable and reliable.The algorithm extends the function of locus control in the CNC systems and improves the precision of sculptured surface machining.The simulation shows that the proposed algorithm is valid and practical.
