疝环充填式与平片式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的比较 被引量：7

摘要 目的比较疝环充填式与平片式无张力疝修补术在治疗成人腹股沟疝中的临床疗效、手术方式及优缺点。方法将125例成人腹股沟疝患者分为疝环充填式组和平片式组,回顾性分析两组在手术时间、术后疼痛、并发症、复发率、平均住院日等方面的差异。结果两组在手术时间、术后疼痛、并发症、术后复发率、平均住院日等方面无差异无统计学意义。结论两种术式均是治疗成人腹股沟疝比较好的方法,其治疗效果相近,但平片式无张力疝修补术因其简单、易掌握、经济而更适合在基层医院推广使用。
