摘要
采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法,对河南省一级以上(含一级)退役运动员安置工作现状和困难进行了调查研究,提出加强运动员的文化教育为就业上学打好基础、加强思想教育转变退役运动员的择业观念、完善体育保险、鼓励退役运动员上大学等解决退役运动员再就业难题的主要措施。
With adoption of literature study,interview and questionnaire,this paper investigated job settlement of retired athletes at the first rate provincial level.It was proposed that the athletes＇ cultural education should be reinforced in order to lay a good foundation for their later academic learning.Moreover,the athletes needed to be guided in their choice of jobs after retirement and encouraged to pursue college education.The sports insurance system should be further perfected.
