摘要 化工原理是生物工程、食品科学与工程专业的重要的专业基础课程,对于培养学生的工程观念、强化工程分析的能力具有十分重要的作用。化工原理重点课程建设以提高课程教学质量为目标,根据化工原理课程的学科特点,在课程教学中进行了教学内容、教学方法和教学手段等方面的改革和创新,在加强教学管理,完善考核指标与考核方式等方面做了一些探索和尝试,希望能为化工原理课程的教学改革提供参考。 Chemical engineering principle is an important specialized basic course of biological engineering, food science and cngineering. It plays an important role in training the engineering idea and strengthening the engineering analysis abilities of students. The final target of the key course construction is to improve the course teaching quality. Based on the disciplinary characteristics of chemical engineering principle, the reformation and innovation of teaching content, teaching method, teaching means and so on were studied. The strengthening of teaching management and the perfection of examination index and evaluation mode were explored and attempted. The paper would be hoped to providca reference for the educational reform of chemical engineering principle.
