摘要 在温和条件下合成了一种有机胺硼酸盐B3O4(OH)·0.5(C4H10N2),通过单晶衍射的手段解析其晶体结构。在不同温度下对该物质进行加热,观察其红外光谱的变化判断其内部的结构是否能够保持稳定,并通过热重分析进行补充说明。发光光谱的测试表明,使用354nm的紫外光激发样品是,得到428nm的主发射峰。在不同温度下加热后,该物质的发光特性发生明显的变化。这种变温的改性实验证实有机胺硼酸盐是一种可能的白光LED上的蓝光材料。 An organic templated borate was synthesized under mild condition. Its structure was resolved by single X-Ray diffraction method. The borate was heated under different temperatures, and the treated samples were charactersized by FTIR to explore its structure stabilities. Further research was performed by Thermal gravity. The luminescence spectra showed that B3O4(OH)·0.5(C4H10N2) can be excited in blue region (428 nm). The heated samples treated at different temperature shown distinct intensity. Therefore, this borate could be a promising blue component for possible application in the white LED.
