摘要
采用微生物攻击挑战性试验快速评价了几种防腐剂在有机硅乳液型消泡剂中的防腐效果,探索了该类消泡剂乳液微生物的有效防治技术。结果显示,能通过挑战试验的样本在实际存放时都具有优异的防腐功效,该评价方法有很好的可靠性,其评价结论与实际应用情况具有一致性。异噻唑啉酮具有使用方便、高效、经济等优点,是有害的甲醛类杀菌防腐剂的优良取代物。
The microbial challenge test was provided for the rapid screening of preservative system of defoamer emulsion base on organosilicone. A short review was given for the technology of controlling microbial spoilage. The results showed that all the samples which could pass the challenge test had excellent preservative efficacy when stored or used as usual. The microbial challenge test was dependable. There were good correlativity between the practical preservative effects of the products and the evaluation methods of preservative system. It also revealed that isothiazolinone preservatives were easy to use, high performance and economical. And they can supersede noxious formaldehyde antiseptic.
