摘要
采用石灰挤压法处理润滑油白土精制装置产生的废白土,既回收了部分润滑油,又降低了废白土渣的排放量。为了解决由于装置开工率低造成的能耗相对过大的问题,采用了调整挤压时间(即由20 min/次调整为12 min/次)、回收利用机泵冷却水和蒸汽冷凝水等方法对废白土挤压装置的工艺进行优化,降低了装置的能耗,在实现环境效益的同时创造经济效益46.55万元。
The method of lime squeezing was applied to dispose the waste clay in lubricating oil refining plant, the oil recovered partly and discharge amount of the waste clay reduced with the method. In order to solve problem of the high energy consumption caused by the short operation periods of the plant, a series of methods were implemented such as the squeezed time decreased from 20 minutes/time to 12 minutes/time, the pump cooling water and steam condensate reused. Not only the energy consumption was reduced, benefit for the environment but also ¥65.5 thousand were saved by the optimization.
